Super simple. Take one grape (red or green is fine as long as it is seedless) and cut in half (be careful with knives!) then rub the grape halves all over your face (except the eye area) in a circular motion. This will reduce wrinkles and blemishes over time. It also exfoliates and moisturizes. All with one simple fruit!! amazing right? Give it a try!

I myself actually used them all within a week when I made this video. As long as you don’t have very sensitive skin, you’ll be fine (especially since they are natural ingredients and not chemicals that are harsh on your skin).

You can use it a few times a week or once a week, basically whatever you want. It’s not too harsh to use several times a week. It’s your own personal preference. You will probably get best results if you use 1 or more times a week.
